I’m a life-long Mainer from the tiny town of Buxton. I left my beloved home state in 2004 to pursue a BFA in expanded media and design from Alfred University in New York, but quickly found my way back home where I set up shop in Portland. Since then, I have had the pleasure of bringing a wide variety of creative projects to life. I’ve done creative work for commercial and editorial clients in both a freelance capacity and as a part of a bigger team. From 2015 to 2023 I worked for Maine and Maine Home+Design magazines as creative director. In my time there I got to tell the amazing stories of my home state while collaborating with some of the most talented creatives Maine has to offer. My experience there taught me that everyone has a story to tell. I’m passionate about finding the best ways to use your story to capture your brand. I’ve led marketing and design teams and helped our clients bring their goals from concept to execution. I’ve created and launched successful brands, put on events, designed comprehensive packaging and signage suites, and was recognized back-to-back years with national design awards. I hope we have the chance to collaborate on something exciting.
